What to do if you experience problems with your rental
In a Dangerous Situation?
Call 911 immediately if you feel unsafe. Then call ItWhip at (602) 609-2577 for vehicle assistance.
Call roadside assistance for a tire change or tow. Do not attempt to drive on a flat tire as it may cause additional damage.
Call roadside assistance for a jump start. If the battery fails repeatedly, we'll arrange a vehicle swap.
Note any warning lights and contact support. If the vehicle is still drivable, you may continue cautiously to your destination while support arranges resolution.
Pull over safely and do not continue driving. Contact support immediately. Unusual noises or handling issues may indicate a safety concern.
Call 911 if anyone is injured. Exchange information with other parties. Take photos of all vehicles and the scene. Contact ItWhip support to start the claims process.
