Security Deposits

A security deposit hold is placed on your card at booking. The amount varies by vehicle type and your insurance coverage level:

  • Standard vehicles: $200 - $500 hold
  • Luxury/exotic vehicles: $1,000 - $5,000 hold
  • BYOI (bring your own insurance): May qualify for reduced deposit

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe with PCI Level 1 compliance. Your card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. We use 3D Secure authentication for added fraud protection.
