Call our 24/7 support line at (855) 703-0806 or file a claim through your dashboard. Report the incident as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours.

Submit Your Claim

Fill out the claim form in your dashboard with all incident details. Upload your photos, police report (if applicable), and any witness information.

Review & Resolution

Our claims team will review your submission within 2-3 business days. You'll receive updates via email and can track the status in your dashboard.

What to Include in Your Claim

  • Clear photos of all damage (multiple angles)
  • Date, time, and location of the incident
  • Description of what happened
  • Police report number (if applicable)
  • Contact info for any other parties involved
  • Your booking confirmation number
