What if my flight is delayed?
Just message your host through the app. They'll adjust to your actual arrival time. Communication is key - hosts are very understanding about flight delays. Need help? Visit our support page.
Which Phoenix airports are covered?
Most hosts with airport delivery serve Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). Many also cover Mesa Gateway (AZA) and Scottsdale Airport (SDL) for private aviation.
Can I return the car at the airport?
Yes! Most hosts with airport pickup also offer airport return. Coordinate the drop-off location and time with your host before your flight. Prefer hotel drop-off? Check hotel delivery options.
