How much does it cost to list my car?
We offer affordable listing plans with no hidden fees:
- $19.99 per week for 1 car
- $49.99 per week for up to 3 cars
- $250 per month for 5–10 cars
This flat fee covers platform maintenance and a free car wash after every rental.
How and when do I get paid?
Renters pay through ItWhip’s secure system before pickup.
We immediately transfer the payment to the host once the keys are exchanged.
A $100–$250 deposit is held to cover potential damages.
Once the car is returned clean and in good condition, the deposit is refunded to the renter.

To maintain clarity, fairness, and legal compliance, ItWhip maintains a strict No Refund Policy unless otherwise stated in writing by the host before booking confirmation.

Unlike traditional rental platforms that collect commissions or booking fees from vehicle owners, ItWhip does not take any cut from host earnings. Every dollar paid for the booking is either retained by the host or used to support essential platform services (such as insurance processing, listing tools, support infrastructure, and advertising).
Because ItWhip does not control host payouts, and in most cases the host receives payment directly or immediately after confirmation, we are unable to issue cash refunds once the booking is confirmed.

ItWhip operates under the same premise. When you book a car from a host, that time and vehicle are now reserved specifically for you. That host has removed the vehicle from availability for other potential guests. Whether or not you show up, use the full time, or cancel your plans, the host has committed that window to you.
This time-blocked commitment makes refunds impractical and inconsistent with the platform’s intent: empowering individuals to monetize their vehicles independently.

Are there any age or other restrictions on who can rent a car?
Yes, there are some restrictions. Typically, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Drivers under 25 may be subject to additional fees or conditions. Do I need to clean my car after each rental?
No! In most cases you will not because ItWhip provides a free mobile car wash service for all hosts.After each rental, hosts can schedule a professional car cleaning at no cost no more wasting time or money on car washes!
